We’re thrilled to announce the return of the ADHDKC Adult Group, now with two incredible new coordinators: Abbie and Nic! Whether you’re freshly diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, this group is your space to connect with others who truly get it.

We’ll take time to get to know one another, share how ADHD shows up in our day-to-day lives, and brainstorm topics you want to see in future meetings — think relationships, work challenges, executive functioning struggles, emotional regulation, and more.
