About the event
Medications are the primary treatment for ADHD for school age children through adults, but they can lead to side effects, which can lead to stopping treatment.
The risk of not adequately treating ADHD is real, so learning how to manage the side effects of medications is important.
In this talk for middle and high school students (and their parents) you will learn:
- the most common side effects of medications
- actionable steps to take for each of the most common side effects for better tolerance
- tracking tools to help identify side effects and share with your prescriber
