Living and working with ADHD often means finding creative ways to make the workplace fit your brain rather than constantly trying to fit your brain into someone else's system. While workplace accommodations can be powerful tools, many ADHDers aren't sure what accommodations are available, how to request them, or what they actually look like in everyday life.

Join us for a practical, discussion-based Women's Group focused on real-world examples of workplace accommodations. Together, we'll explore the strategies, tools, and adjustments that have helped ADHD adults succeed at work—and discuss the challenges that can arise along the way.
