Join us this June for a supportive small group session focused on Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) — a common but often misunderstood experience for women with ADHD.
We'll start with a brief overview of what RSD is and why it shows up, followed by an open discussion where members can share their experiences, insights, and support one another in a safe, understanding space.
Whether RSD is new to you or something you've struggled with for years, we welcome you to connect, learn, and feel seen.
