Have you ever felt overwhelmed by bright lights, certain sounds, clothing textures, strong smells, or a crowded room? Do you find yourself constantly seeking movement, fidgeting, or needing quiet time after a busy day?

Many adults with ADHD experience sensory differences that can affect emotions, focus, relationships, work, and daily life. Sensory overload can lead to frustration, irritability, anxiety, or feeling completely drained.
