Have you ever looked up from work only to realize it's 3 PM and you haven't eaten all day? Or found yourself suddenly ravenous, reaching for whatever food is easiest because you forgot to plan ahead?
Many ADHD adults struggle with eating patterns that have little to do with willpower and everything to do with executive function, sensory preferences, medication effects, hyperfocus, emotional regulation, and body awareness.
In this Women's Group session, we'll explore the many ways ADHD can affect eating and nutrition. Through education and discussion, we'll share experiences, identify common challenges, and brainstorm realistic, low-effort approaches that support nourishment without adding guilt or pressure.
