ADHDKC is excited to introduce our new ADHDKC Walking Group, an informal opportunity for individuals and families with ADHD to come together, get some exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others who understand the ADHD experience.

No formal agenda. No expectations to perform. Just a chance to walk, chat, and enjoy being part of a community.

When and Where?

Sunday, November 1st | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

We'll kick November off at Meadowbrook Park in Prairie Village. In addition to over 3 miles of paved trails, this park has a fabulous Treeline Adventure destination playground, The Grove playground, and an inclusive playground for the kids.
