ADHDKC is excited to introduce our new ADHDKC Walking Group, an informal opportunity for individuals and families with ADHD to come together, get some exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others who understand the ADHD experience.
No formal agenda. No expectations to perform. Just a chance to walk, chat, and enjoy being part of a community.
When and Where?
Sunday, October 18th | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
Our second walk will be on the trails surrounding the National WWI Museum in the 130-acre Penn Valley Park. The trail is two miles of looping and interconnecting trails throughout this scenic area, providing views of the Downtown Kansas City skyline, Union Station, Crown Center and beyond. There is an absence of shade, so be mindful of the sun - wear sunscreen and consider a hat, even in October! These trails…
